The Jobsites page displays all locations where work orders are to be accomplished. These locations are call jobsites and they are created by a user with an administrative role to an account. The Jobsites page also gives these users the ability to edit and delete jobsites as well as upload or delete a bulk number of jobsites for the account.

The Jobsites page can be manually refreshed using the Refresh button within the site header.

Jobsite Actions
1. Uploading CSV for Bulk Jobsites
1.1 Click on the Upload CSV button.

1.2 The Upload Jobsites dialog will then appear.

1.3 Browse for your CSV file and click Upload Jobsites button.

1.4 A success message will then appear if the upload is successful.

1.5 Otherwise an error message will appear.

1.6 Click on the Close button close the dialog after uploading or to cancel the CSV upload.

2. Creating a Jobsite
2.1 Click on the New Jobsite button.

2.2 The Add Jobsite dialog will then appear.

2.3 Fill in the Name field of the new jobsite.

2.4 Fill in the Address field of the new jobsite.

2.5 Fill in the Note field of the new jobsite.

2.6 Select an image file for an optional image for the new jobsite.

2.7 Fill in the other fields if there are custom form fields set-up.
2.8 Click on the Save button to successfully add the jobsite. Click Cancel button to cancel the creation.

2.9 The Jobsite will then be added on the events history list.
Filtering the Jobsites table
1. Search by Jobsite ID
1.1 Enter the ID of the jobsite.

1.2 Click the Search button to get the jobsite with the ID. Click on the Clear button to cancel searching.
1.3 The Jobsites table will then be updated to only show the specific results which fall under the applied filter.

1. Sorting Jobsites records
1.1 The records can be sorted by the following fields
- Jobsite ID
- Name
- City
- State
- Zip
1.2 Click the column header title in order to sort the records either in ascending or descending order.

1.3 The Jobsites table will then be updated with the records sorted according to the column header that was clicked.
2. Editing a Jobsite
2.1 Click on the Edit icon of a specific jobsite.

2.2 The Edit Jobsite dialog will then appear.

2.3 Fill in the fields as you would in creating a jobsite. Click the Save button successfully save the jobsite. Click Cancel button to cancel the edit.

3. Deleting a Single Jobsite
3.1 Click on the Delete icon of a specific jobsite.

3.2 The Delete Jobsite dialog will then appear.

3.3 Click the Delete button to delete the jobsite. Click Cancel button to cancel deleting the jobsite.

4. Deleting Multiple Jobsites
4.1 Check on the checkboxes on the right-most side of the jobsites.

4.2 Select Delete under the Select Action drop-down menu.

4.3 The Delete Jobsite dialog will then appear.

4.4 Click the Delete button to delete the jobsite. Click Cancel button to cancel deleting the jobsite.

5. Jobsites Pagination
5.1 The table only shows the first 10 jobsites according to the sorted column, and the rest will be on different pages.

5.2 Click and choose from the dropdown to change the number of records to be displayed per page.

5.3 Click on the navigation buttons below the table to jump to a specific page.

6.4 Enter a page number and Click Go to jump directly to a specific page.
