If there is a tablet already connected via a Cigarette Lighter, will the SafetyCam receive enough power to function properly?

What steps to follow when the SafetyCam is not working?
How long does the video stay on the SD card?
Do we have any indication if the SafetyCam is On?
Can I check the video directly from the SD?
How will the user know if the SafetyCam is functioning and also recording the events ?
If the safety cam is not associated with any vehicle will it still record the video and store? If yes, what happens to the video after associating the SafetyCam to the vehicle?

The SafetyCam requires 12V of power to function. If the cigarette lighter provides a 12V output, the SafetyCam will work even if the ports are occupied of the cigarette lighter.
