in the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators (CCMTA) system, similar to the existing

functionality in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) system.

annotations to log entries directly within the iOS app, providing additional context

or explanations for specific events or corrections.

♦ User Verification: Any edits or annotations made by support personnel must be

verified and confirmed by the driver, ensuring the integrity of the records.

♦ Compliance with CCMTA Standards: This feature aligns with CCMTA regulations,

ensuring that all annotations are properly documented and compliant with Canadian

Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.

♦ Enhanced Transparency and Accuracy: Annotations help maintain clear and

accurate records, supporting compliance with both CCMTA and FMCSA standards.

This update is designed to enhance the transparency and accuracy of driver logs, making it

easier to maintain compliant records.
