To configure alerts, follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to Admin and select the Alerts section. 
2. Click Add Alert. 
3. Choose the Alert Type (SafetyCam – Driver Behavior, SafetyCam – Driving Risks, or SafetyCam Disconnected). 
4. Review the Alert Condition. 
   1. Associated events are pre-selected, and at least one must remain selected to configure the alert. 
5. Assign the alert to relevant Vehicle Groups. 
6. Choose the Monitoring Hours (24/7 is recommended, or you can select Custom Hours). 
7. Toggle the Notification ON. 
   1. By default, the alert notification is ON. To mute the notification, toggle the switch to OFF. 
   2. Set preferences for Email, Web, and Mobile notifications. 
8. Add the appropriate alert recipients. 
9. Click Add Alert to save your configuration.
